Frontal hair pieces allow more versatility when styling your hair for several reasons. Frontals are made with either a silk base or a lace base to closely mimic the scalp. … You can also pull your hair into a high bun, ponytail, or other pulled back hairstyles without it looking as if you are wearing a wig or weave.

Besides, another difference between the two is that lace closures are sewn into place while lace frontals are generally meant to be bonded in place. While both can be placed either in front or behind the hairline, lace frontals are commonly placed infront of the hairline usually because they are bonded

Frontals are from ear to ear 13×4 lace frontal, the size is 13” across and 4” back, it will cover more spaces than closure or leave out, so the hair amount you need will vary. If you are getting 10-18 inches or 16 inches, 2 bundle deals with lace frontal will suffice.

Adhesive and sweat don’t go well together. But overall, frontal installations should last 2-3 weeks (if glued). In conclusion ladies, overall, your experience with a frontaldepends on what type of glue you use and the skill level of your stylist.
